I have the intention to travel to Europe this summer, and promised a friend, we are swimming in the waterfalls. interrailling'll be from Denmark to southern Spain via Germany and, probably, part of Eastern Europe. Other good ideas for things to do are welcome too.

You should go to Croatia. You will find many waterfalls. I recommend the Plitvicka Krka National Park lakes. It's really beautiful. The coast is very close to beautiful beaches and the sea
