Ingredients you need:
1 cup sugar
Cornstarch 1 / 2 cup
Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon
4 cups milk
6 egg yolks egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons butter
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
2 9 Granada mass-inch baked pie or you can make and replace graham cracker crust if you like
10 ripe but firm bananas
2 cups sweetened whipped cream
A sprig of mint for garnish end, if you prefer, but it is necessary

Preparing Banana Cream Pie:
First, combine milk and sugar, vanilla bean paste, cornstarch and salt in top of a boiler double. A double boiler is a pot of water that is directly over the fire, with another pot without water on top of the pot on the stove. This is a design created long ago to help the burning of delicate sauces or fillings for cream cakes, etc., so you do not burn. You whip the sugar, milk and mix of the cornstarch vigorously to get the melted sugar and also to ensure that you do not burn the milk. You can cook in double boiler until mixture is very thick, even if you have moved constantly, making sure not Globs of starch in the mixture. You must have to stir for 10-20 minutes, or until it thickens to a consistency very thick oatmeal. You must then add a small amount of beaten egg yolks to the hot milk mixture, stirring constantly. Do it small amounts until you have incorporated all the eggs. You can then add back the water bath and cook for 2-3 minutes. You remove the creamy mixture from heat and add butter and stuffing mix, then cool completely.

While the mixture cools cook the pie shells according instructions on the package. I would cook until done and let cool completely, as not to create a moist cake bottom. You can then add to the bottom of the cake baked, cooled with half the amount of cooling fill each tart shell. Here are eight Peel and cut bananas in pan pie. Then cover the bananas cut the cake with the remaining filling.

Garnish bias is cut in oblique or parties to the two bananas remaining. He added most of the pieces that remain on the edges, and then Federal Republic of Yugoslavia cream with sugar until stiff heavy. If you do not want go through the hassle of cream, you can use the miracle whip or your local brand. In the center of the cake, you can add whipped cream, then some bananas at the top as a flower or something creative. Add a sprig of mint on top and voila dessert, Banana Cream Pie. It's a very easy recipe and is a good recipe taste. Hope you like it.
